How does franchising work?
We license our brand and proven business model to a select group of partners, our franchisees. Our franchisees are then able to offer our services to clients in their local area – whilst benefitting from the support, reputation, and recognition of our national brand.
How much does it cost?
The franchise fee is 21,000.00 Euro + VAT and you’ll also require working capital as part of your investment. How much you’ll need is wholly dependent on your lifestyle and your plans for the business.
What experience do I need?
Nothing specific – there’s certainly no need for previous experience in the property industry, just an entrepreneurial drive, a willingness to invest time and effort into building a successful business, and the resilience to overcome the challenges you’ll face in heading a complex operations service.
How much will I make?
As with any franchise, your success is dependent on your ambition and hard work, but the earning potential is uncapped.
